The Commissioner’s annual report informs parliament, stakeholders and the community about our performance in administering the taxation system and customs. We are reporting on our activities during the year and on progress made in meeting our strategic objectives and performance measures under the five strategic outcomes of the SARS Strategic plan namely:
- Increased Customs and Excise compliance
- Increased Tax Compliance
- Increased Ease and Fairness of doing business with SARS
- Increased Cost Effectiveness and Internal Efficiencies
- Increased Public Trust and Credibility.
