The two countries share a common vision on issues of political and economic integration in Africa.

Due to the political, ideological and social similarities, people-to-people and business relations have grown from strength to strength over the years. Today, you will find a large and successful Nigerian population living and working in South Africa, and you will also find the presence of South Africans in Nigeria.
