Formal workplace where employees are eager to teach each other.
I learn the importance of diversity and team work in the workplace.
Management are eager to know problems of their employees.
Chasing a deadline involved coming to work very early and knocking off very late.
Flexible working hours – working smart – as long as deadlines are met in time.
