EE POSITION- MUST BE CFE

• Matric
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant post graduate degree will be advantageous
• Certified Fraud Examiner is required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective time management skills
• Decision-making capability and organization skills with sense of urgency
• Excellent follow-through and ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently
• Good knowledge of the Life Assurance Industry is essential
• Analytical and technical ability, with strong attention to deta
• Assisting with the investigation of leadS
• Responsible for claims investigations within the agreed time frame / SLA
• To provide the Claims department with properly investigated cases that will enable the assessors or requester to assess the claim and pay valid claims
• Must be able to perform specialised investigations
