Mission
To ensure co-orperative governance and build capacity and a high level of accountability of all three spheres of governing towards communities by:
- Developing, overseeing implementing, and enforcing compliance of appropriate policies and legislation
- Providing strategic interventions, co-ordination, hands-on support and forging development partnerships
- Actively creating mechanisms and opportunities for communities, both urban and rural, to participate in governance and service delivery
- Monitoring and evaluation of co-operation amongst government and stakeholders to achieve effective service delivery and development.
