Department Of Social Development Youth Development, The Department provides some services directly but also funds Non-GovernmentalOrganisations (NGOs), Community-Based Organisations (CBOs) and Faith-Based Organisations(FBOs) who offers a range of services to youth, including:

7. Programme or youth in conflict with the law
WHO QUALIFIES
Any youth between the ages of 13 and 25
