The email size limit of 10MB must be adhered to. You will be informed by an automated response if your email exceeds the size limit and requested to resubmit. In order for us to promptly deal with your email, you will be requested adhere to the size limit.

What do I need to include in my postal/emailed correspondence?
In order for us to deal with your request promptly please include the following when you submit your correspondence:
- Case number (if available);
- Your tax reference number;
- Your full name(s) and surname;
- Your identity/passport number;
- The trust number if you are enquiring on behalf of a trust;
- The company registration number if you are enquiring on behalf of a company;
- Your practitioner number, if you are a registered tax practitioner;
- A certified copy of the Power of Attorney/Letter of Authority if you are representing a taxpayer/company/trust/estate;
- A certified copy of your identity/passport/driving licence if you are representing a taxpayer/company/trust/estate;
- Your preferred email, postal address or telephone number.
