Department Of Public Works Database, A database is an organized collection of data, stored and accessed electronically.
Database designers typically organize the data to model aspects of reality in a way that supports processes requiring information, such as (for example) modeling the availability of rooms in hotels in a way that supports finding a hotel with vacancies.
The following important conditions apply: Applications will be administered through our regional offices.
Applicants must forward their applications to the office located in the province in which they operate and reside. Suppliers in Mpumalanga may submit their applications to Nelspruit Regional Office.
No duplicate applications will be considered. Applications from suppliers that appear on the database of Blacklisted Suppliers on the National Treasury website will not be considered.
Applications from suppliers whose business status with CIPC is “final deregistration” will not be considered. Suppliers are only permitted to choose a maximum of two commodities per application for registration.
Suppliers that have a footprint in more than one province must submit a separate application form to each regional office should theu wish to be registered there. Incomplete and/ or unsigned application forms will not be considered. Original and valid documents must be submitted.
The Department reserves the right to conduct a spot audit on the premises of operation of suppliers to affirm our commitment to the eradication of unscrupulous and fraudulent suppliers from our database. Suppliers that are currently registered as service providers with the Department must re-register on this new database in accordance with the improved registration criteria.
No faxed or e-mailed applications will be considered. Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
